This Refund Policy explains the terms for fee refunds at Aerialroot Academy. Please read it carefully before enrolling.
1. Free demo class
Our demo class is completely free. No payment is required to attend a demo.
2. Refund eligibility
The following is a sample structure — please set your own actual terms:
- Full refund if cancellation is requested before the course start date.
- Partial refund (for example, after deducting a registration fee) within the first few days of the batch.
- No refund once a defined portion of the course has been completed.
3. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email hello@aerialroot.in with your name, batch and reason. We will respond within a few working days.
4. Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
5. Non-refundable items
Registration or admission fees, and any third-party charges, may be non-refundable.
